Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Guidelines
AYURSAMAGRA 2026 invites abstracts from Ayurveda practitioners, academicians, researchers, scientists, PG/PhD scholars, students, and industry professionals for oral and poster presentations. Submissions may include original research, review articles, clinical case studies, conceptual papers, technological innovations, and evidence-based practices aligned with the conference themes.
Abstract Format Requirements:
- Language: English only
- Word Limit: Not exceeding 300 words
- Required Sections: Title, author(s) name and affiliation, background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion
- Keywords: Include 3–5 keywords
- Presentation Category: Clearly indicate presentation category (paper/poster) and relevant theme at submission
Review and Acceptance Process:
- All submitted abstracts will undergo review by the Scientific Committee
- Selected submissions will be notified via email
- Ethical clearance should be mentioned for clinical studies wherever applicable
- Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Souvenir / Abstract Book and certificates of presentation will be awarded to presenters
E-Poster Design Specifications
Poster Orientation & Size
- All posters will be set in portrait-style orientation
- All information (text, data, photos, and figures) must be designed to fit within one page
PowerPoint Specifications
- If prepared in PowerPoint (PPT), customize slide by using Page Setup
- Choose Slide Size: Custom (Width 50 cm, Height 90 cm) with Portrait orientation
Display Resolution
The resolution of the monitors used for e-poster presentation is 1920 x 1080 pixels and the size is 52.3 cm x 93.3 cm (in Portrait orientation)
Important Notes
- At least one author must be registered for the conference to present the paper or poster
